During an interview on the Funkmaster Flex Show on Wednesday 16th of November, Rhymes practically confirmed that he has signed to the Young Money Family which Cash Money Records, later confirmed along with the news that recently released from prison Mystikal will also be signing. Both artists have recently been in the studio with YMCMB producer Birdman.

Fellow Rapper Rick Ross was one of the first to congratulate Busta on Twitter. The Maybach Music star tweeted a word of congratulations to the new Cash Money artists for which Rhymes responded with praise for the Maybach Music label.

Whilst Mystikal has been working on his own material with former Cash Money Records producer Mannie Fresh on a post prison album, Busta Rhymes has also been in contention for a future release of his own. The Break Your Neck rapper has been working closely with Google to release his latest single featuring Chris Brown entitled ‘Why Stop Now‘ which will be available to download for Free.
